I am here today to announce the beginning of a new project called “Comic Veggies” hosted by the popular group Manga-Apps and the online comic site, MangaMagazine (www.mangamagazine.net/)

Comic Veggies is an exciting community-wide comicking activity brought to you by #Manga-Apps and MangaMagazine.net.

H O W ' S   I T   W O R K ?
Every few weeks, we will post a new activity and all you have to do is complete it and upload your work on your favorites media site, whether that's here on deviantart, mangamagazine.net, twitter, tumblr, etc! Our social media hashtag is #comicveggies. More keywords are listed below.

H O W   L O N G   D O E S   I T   L A S T ?
Each activity lasts 2 weeks.

W H E R E ' S   T H E   F U N   I N   T H A T ?
"Get better, get motivated!" At the end of each two week period, the #Manga-Apps and  MangaMagazine.net staff will review and select a representative sample of work and provide feedback on areas of improvement.

Draw a face from three different angles.

The face is your starting point for communicating your characters' emotions. In order to draw different shots, we need to get comfy drawing different angles. What better place to start than at the top-- the human head!

G E T   S T A R T E D !
Sketch out 3 headshots of your character. Front view, 3/4 view, and profile are common views.

U P L O A D   I T !
